Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at CNV Ltd as a Domestic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy residents’ rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
• Change bed linens and ensure laundry is done promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving, adhering to dietary requirements.
• Support residents with personal care tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and families.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care) are desirable.
