Ridgeway Manor is very much a ‘home from home’ with wonderful caring staff. Always someone on hand to deal with needs even before they arise. A very happy community atmosphere, lovely bright, clean, well-maintained bedrooms for those who enjoy their own company on occasion.

C. Coles

My mother has been living at this home for the last five years and she is very happy and well cared for. The staff are lovely and most of them have been there the whole time my mother has been a resident.

A. Bernard

Our Dad has been living in Ridgeway Manor since October 2019, when his dementia meant he could no longer live at home. Ridgeway was recommended to us by friends. Dad is well cared for and happy. The home has regular activities the residents are encouraged to be in the communal areas during the day. Staff are kind and friendly and there is minimal staff turnover.

J. Preston

Ridgeway have looked after my mother now since March 2022 and they have been meticulous in their care for her. Food, drinks and entertainment have been wonderful. Personal hygiene has been professionally and sympathetically handled. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ridgeway and all their staff to anyone considering residency.

I. Oakshett,

I have nothing but praise for the care the home. The staff are kind, caring and friendly always on hand when needed. I am always informed of any problems and treatment being provided. The manager is very approachable and helpful, my wife is always smart and tidy and, although she is unaware of her surroundings, appears content. Nothing but praise.

P. Clark,

Always happy with the care my family member receives. I know he is cared for and they are always so helpful with visits and appointments. Cannot thank the staff enough for keeping him safe, happy and healthy.
